Some like to separate the planning and buying functions by calling it communications planning or channel planning and traders or investors. We simply call it implementation planning.
The two functions are intrinsically linked, we believe in one cohesive approach with media owners to access every available asset for the best possible price.
The key reason being that channel mix, media weight and opportunities to create memorable campaigns are relevant to cost and the key to a ‘win’ negotiation is not to be divided.
Implementation planning represents 80% of delivering a campaign to market, we place a high importance on it and it’s why we back ourselves with performance related remuneration structures.
